These terms apply when you buy from this website.

What we sell

Most of what we sell is made by other companies and sold by us. The manufacturer or importer, and their address, is printed on the pack and shown on the product page. We are the seller of record: your contract is with us, we take the payment, and we handle returns and complaints. Where a product carries the maker's own warranty, that warranty is theirs and we will pass your claim to them and follow it up.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it, which is when we confirm payment by email. If we cannot fulfil an order (usually because stock ran out between your order and our packing) we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The tax component is shown separately on your invoice. Delivery is free on every order, and the total you see before you pay is the total you pay.

Natural materials

Accessories made from natural materials vary in grain, tone and marking between pieces, and change with use. This is a property of the material, not a defect, and is not grounds for return under our faulty-goods terms, though our ordinary returns policy still applies. Makers also revise their packaging without telling us, so a box may differ from the photograph.

If something is wrong

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days and we will repair it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of our registered state have jurisdiction.
